引誘人妻是否有罪掀爭論
（布城）法庭將在12月審理一宗公司董事經理被指引誘電視台節目主持人蒂芬妮依金的案件，而此案件已引發引誘已婚婦女發生性行為是否有罪的爭論。
蒂芬妮Asben Daphne Iking Dakwa的丈夫張雷安（Ryan Chong譯音）根據刑事法典第498條文控告一名董事經理蔡金明（譯音）涉嫌引誘或在有犯罪意圖下，拐走或扣留已婚婦女。
另一伴有外遇，該怎麼辦？
據瞭解此案曾被交到一名副檢察司手上，不過對方以這是夫婦之間的私事為由而拒絕接手。
張雷安與蒂芬妮在2007年1月27日，在印尼峇里島結婚，並育有一名21個月大的孩子。
女性引誘已婚男無罪
此案已帶出一項非常罕見的訊息，即引誘已婚婦女發生性行為是非法的，不過一名女性引誘或拐走一名已婚男人則是無罪的。
在498刑事法典下，引誘和拐走已婚婦女的人士可被判坐牢2年或罰款，或兩者兼施。
律師形容這是一件非常罕見的案件，預料法庭將針對通姦和引誘的課題進行深入的辯論。
此案在上週開審時，代表蒂芬妮的律師布斯芭拉南已表明將會提出正式申請以挑戰498條文的合法性。
律師：498條文侮辱女性
她說：“這是古老的條文和不再適用於社會，該條文顯示我們可以輕易和愚蠢的被誘惑，這根本是侮辱女性。”
律師在接受《馬來郵報》訪問時也表示，這些條文是舊時代的產物，當時妻子如丈夫的奴隸，所以若有人誘惑或扣留一名妻子就等於是犯罪。
一名律師卡瑪麗亞受訪時說，有關條文必須被檢討，因為現在與一名已婚婦女發生性行為並不屬於犯法，不過若慫恿她離開丈夫就屬於犯法。
她說，大馬的刑事法典或刑事程序法典下沒有任何條文可以懲罰一名與單身女子發生性行為的已婚男子，或相反的情況。這意味著在大馬的民事法下，通姦並不是一項罪行。
婦女改革中心：否決女性決定權
此外，婦女活躍份子也希望廢除498條文，因為它貶低女性、打擊女性的尊嚴和否決她們的決定權。
婦女改革中心認為，既然誘惑一名已婚男人無罪，那麼誘惑一名已婚婦女也一樣無罪。此中心也希望政府檢討刑事法典和刑事程序法典，以改善有關法律。
家庭律師蘇琳達則表示，雖然通姦不是一項刑事罪，不過通姦卻可成為申請離婚的理由。

當護士的小姨子
當我第一次見到我的小姨子時，心裏只有一個念頭：『後悔！後悔為什麼沒 有先認識她，而先認識我老婆呢？』
我丈母娘共有三個女兒，三個女兒的樣貌姿色，不知為何，竟是愈小的愈漂亮。 大姐的相貌及才智平平，而排行第二（我老婆），姿色屬中上，排第三的小 姨子，就格外出眾。不僅樣貌酷似影星賈靜雯，身材更是凹凸有緻，有過之而無 不及，難得的是聰明慧黠，且極有女人的嫵媚。

當她從台北護理學院畢業後不久，就通過普考，分發在和平醫院擔任護士。
但她仍不自滿於此，工作之餘仍然勤奮進修，準備護理類的高考。但因為她出色 的外表、火辣的身材，常有遭男病患性騷擾，吃豆腐的事發生，也有年輕的男醫師對其窮追不捨，苦苦糾纏……在在都令她困擾不已，無法專心讀書準備考試。
就在離考試只剩兩個多月時，她辭去了工作，搬離醫院宿舍，而在我家借住 專心要準備考試。至於她為何要搬到我家借住呢？原因除了上述的騷擾外，還有 幾點：
（１）她家住在花蓮，太遠！她每個禮拜有幾天要到南陽街補習，交通不方 便。
（２）我家在板橋火車站附近，人口簡單，只有我，我老婆及三歲的兒子。
（３）她跟我老婆姐妹情深，感情最好，且無話不談。
（４）我們不但免費供住還供吃。
（５）我們家有乾淨多餘的房間。
綜合以上因素，所以，這個大美人，可愛的護士小姨子，就搬進我家了。
時值酷熱夏天，我那迷人的小姨子，平常的時候穿著就是輕便寬鬆的Ｔ恤及短褲，那 白晰修長的美腿，那隱藏在Ｔ恤裏胸罩的顏色形狀，往往令我看得想入非非。
住在一起的生活中，常令我興奮不已，尤其是幾次她沐浴後忘記馬上收起的衣 物，常使我有如獲至寶的感覺，愛不釋手的嗅聞著其殘留在內褲的少許異味、尿 痕甚至一兩根陰毛，輕撫那胸罩及內褲的花邊、蕾絲及皺折。那小小的三角褲跟我那生產過的老婆因 骨盆變大的內褲大不相同啊！由於老婆及小孩造成我想強姦她的阻礙與不便，讓 我每天都在理性跟獸慾中掙扎。
就在一天夏夜，酷熱的天氣，老婆在半夜裏把冷氣關掉，只讓電扇吹著燠熱 的風，令我輾轉反側，難以入睡，想起床到客廳的冰箱喝杯冰水。輕開房門後，看到黑暗的客廳冰箱前，小姨子上身穿著Ｔ恤，而下半身則僅穿著粉紅色的三角褲，在冰箱露出的微光中，將她修長的美腿照的格外誘人。
且因我悄立她的後方，細看了一下，咦~上衣背面 ? 哇！她沒戴胸罩！應該也是天氣太熱，她也正躡手躡腳的在喝冰水。我不動聲色的看了她美麗的背影一會兒，心裏只想 著：「...幹她！我要幹她！」卻礙於在房中睡覺的老婆，終未付諸行動。
深夜怕嚇到她，我輕輕咳了一聲。她似未料到這半夜時分我會起來，仍驚慌嚇得大口喝 茶，邊羞赧的輕喚：「姐夫！」不料喝太猛又緊張，嗆了一大口，咳嗽不止...。
我見狀忙趨前，手由上而下的拍著她的背，說：「...別急，慢慢喝！」
慌亂中我看到她前面的Ｔ恤濕了一部份，看到她飽滿尖挺的乳房，奶頭乳暈淡褐 色微突起及一圈，看的頗為清楚。
